Vinyasa/Hatha Flow with Isaiah

This class opens with the strength and presence of Hatha yoga—holding foundational postures to build alignment, focus, and inner awareness. Once the body is open and centered, we transition into a gentle Vinyasa flow, weaving those same postures into breath-led movement.

Expect:

• Intentional pose holds to awaken muscle memory and deepen alignment

• Flowing sequences that integrate those postures into a fluid, embodied rhythm

• Mindful breathwork and spacious transitions

• A calming, meditative close to reset the nervous system
