At BioLIT Spa, our movement classes are intentionally small—limited to 9 students—to ensure personalized instruction and a supportive environment. Most sessions are gently heated to 85–90°F, providing just enough warmth to enhance flexibility, support detoxification, and help your body move more freely and mindfully through each practice.
