Come enjoy BioLIT Spa for a complete day of relaxation and wellness. Our Day Pass includes an amazing journey through all of our modalities - LITbed, LITsauna, LITplunge and LIT Lounge. Also receive our luxurious robe service complete with slippers.

Our Day Pass does not include LITmassage services, BioCharger Group Sessions or LITwellness classes, but feel free to add any of these items to your experience when booking! In fact, if you book a LITmassage service, our Sound Therapy Room and Contrast Therapy are included!

for a 12 minute session in our full body light therapy bed with a choice of RED, BLUE or GREEN light therapy (or all 3 at once) All sessions include near-infrared wavelengths.

Just BioCharger® NG - 30

for 1 scheduled group session with this cutting edge modality focusing on different sweeping health benefit recipes.

spend up to an hour in our far infrared- heated medical grade sauna

Just LITplunge - 15

only a few minutes are needed to get the healing and recovery effects of our medical grade cold plunge, but please use the plunge according to your own plan. We recommend no more than 15 minutes. We are happy to help you with time and temperature recommendations.
